BECOME A TRUSTEE
If you have a bit time and skills to offer, especially in areas such as HR, legal, education and training, mentoring, public speaking, finances, funding, Health and Safety, Safeguarding, First Aid, Mental Health, Food Safety, social media, marketing or any other areas related to community work, Family work, working with youth, children or vulnerable adults, you are welcome to apply for a voluntary Trustee role. This is a strategic and non-executive position for advice and governance and will give you opportunity for personal/professional development and enhance your CV. You will play a vital role in guiding our organization towards its mission and goals by sharing your experience. Your commitment expertise will help shape the future and make a meaningful impact in our community. We welcome members from diverse community and we are fully inclusive.
BECOME A VOLUNTEER
At Kate's Training CIC, volunteering is at the heart of what we do. We offer various opportunities for individuals to get involved, such as helping with community events, helping with promoting events and training, helping during home visits, lessons or training. We will offer wealth of training to enhance your skills and CV and for you to gain confidence. There is no prior experience required. All we care about is your ethics and values and positive attitude. We are fully inclusive and welcome everyone! Joining our team will also give you opportunity to meet friends. We very welcome you even if you never a job before, or you have social anxiety - you will be fully supported. BECOME OUR TRAINER
Are you a Trainer (Teacher or Instructor) in the areas we teach regulated training? We are registered with Nuco-Training and our Training is awarded by First Aid Awards, but we can help you to change regulating body should there be a need. Do you have any different training to offer for the community, or any training for children or any vulnerable group/minority? We welcome your ideas and we welcome Freelance Trainers, small businesses - Limited Companies or Sole Traders. We also offer this opportunity to voluntary trainers, or those who like to become accredited or regulated Trainers/Instructors. We can help with the process and help you to gain confidence and skills. At this time, we do not offer any staff vacancies, and any trainers/teachers must have own insurance and be self-employed. At the moment, we are looking mainly for freelance First Aid instructors for our occasional projects/events/training.
