OUR QUALIFICATIONS AND QUALITY ASSURANCE
Our qualifications are regulated within the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), awarded by First Aid Awards (FAA), an Ofqual-regulated awarding organisation.
We follow national guidelines and meet the national quality standards set by DfE, OFSTED, EYFS, HSE, Resuscitation Council UK, NHS and Food Safety Standards and we are being regularly monitored for Quality Assurance. Our training is fully inclusive and we meet all reasonable adjustments to serve all our Students.
Our Trainers are qualified Nuco-Instructors and we work in association with Nuco Training www.nucotraining.com and First Aid Awards www.firstaidawards.comNuco-Training and First Aid We are committed to delivering high-quality training services. Our focus is on providing comprehensive education on essential life-saving techniques and ensuring that individuals and organizations are well-prepared to handle emergency situations.
OUR SAFEGUARDING COMMITMENT
We are committed to Safeguarding to ensure that our clients, residents and students are safe within our services. This includes safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults.
All our volunteers, staff, directors, trainers and freelancers are trained in Safeguarding relevant to their role and everyone has enhanced DBS with barred children's and adult list.
We also apply Safer Recruitment.
