OUR REGULATED (RQF) TRAINING OFFER
Our qualifications are regulated within the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), awarded by First Aid Awards (FAA), an Ofqual-regulated awarding organisation.
We follow HSE, Resuscitation Council UK and NHS guidance; Food Standards Agency guidance; and Department for Education, safeguarding guidance and relevant legislation.
We work in association with Nuco Training (www.nucotraining.com) and First Aid Awards (www.firstaidawards.com). Our trainers are qualified Nuco instructors, with regularquality-assurance monitoring.
Our training is delivered by experienced and qualified Nuco-instructor.

- Anaphylaxis Awareness (non-regulated)
OXYGEN THERAPY:
- Oxygen Therapy Administration Level 3
DEFIBRILLATION:
- Basic Life Support and Safe Use of and Automated External Defibrillator Level 2
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automated External Defibrillation Level 2 (CPR &AED - 1 Day)
SAFEGUARDING:
- Awareness of Safeguarding Level 1
- Principles of Safeguarding and Protecting Children, Young People or Vulnerable Adults Level 3

FOOD COMPLIANCE:
COMMUNITY TRAINING/VCFSE SECTOR
We offer inclusive training for residents with barriers to employment. We welcome students from every background, life stage and age, including Asylum Seekers and Refugees, people with disabilities or social anxieties. We work with local authorities and employability programmes to build confidence and practical skills, improve wellbeing and reduce isolation and to enhance CV.
We also offer specialised training for VCFSE sector, including Safeguarding for Volunteers, Trustees and DSL's.
We offer training for people of all abilities, including SEND and Learning Disabilities. For the non-regulated training, all participants will get Certificate of Attendance.
Our training is delivered by qualified instructors with lived experience, staff and volunteers.
BASIC LIFE SUPPORT
1,5 h training, including CPR and AED. Fully inclusive, including people with disabilities.
FIRST AID FOR STUDENTS (Age 11+)
1,5-3 hours.Training specifically designed for students above age of 11. Ideal for schools and alternative provision or home-schooled children.
COMMUNITY FIRST AID FOR MENTAL HEALTH
1,5 to 3 hours. Learn how to look after your own wellbeing - and how to help others around you.
ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY AWARENESS
2 hours. This is our new training for residents. Includes litter pick activity.
BASIC SAFEGUARDING
Safeguarding is EVERYONE's responsibility. 2 hours training - can be tailored to group needs.
BASIC SAFEGUARDING FOR YOUTH
1 hour training for young people Age 14 up to 18 but can be delivered to youth groups of age 18-25. Perfect for charities or youth groups, including neurodiverse groups.
BASIC SAFEGUARDING FOR VOLUNTEERS
2 hours training specifically designed for volunteers and their safeguarding responsibility within their roles.
BASIC SAFEGUARDING FOR TRUSTEES
2 hours training specifically designed for trustees/non-executive directors, who are responsible for governance at a charity, CIO, CIC or any other non-profit organisation.
DESIGNATED SAFEGUARDING LEAD TRAINING
2 h training for those who already have safeguarding knowledge and have a DSL role within organisation.
BASIC SAFEGUARDING FOR STAFF AND FREELANCERS
2 hours training specific for the staff- or freelancers resposibility.
